Bangladesh police arrest 3 Islamic opposition leaders on contempt of court charges
DHAKA, Bangladesh – Police say they have arrested three top leaders of an Islamic opposition party on contempt of court charges. Dhaka Police Commissioner A.K.M. Shahidul Haque says the leaders of Bangladesh’s largest Islamic party, Jamaat-e-Islami, were detained late Tuesday.
