Bangladesh? Yes. Previously they did not have any match winners and they lacked a real pacer and quality spinners (apart from Mohammad rafiq). Now they have Shakib-al-hasan, a great all-rounder. Mashrafe is a great asset in the pace department. And there's no old players in the team and everyone's energetic and plays competitively for their place in the team. They have defeated every major teams except England in ODI and I wish them the best. Zimbabwe, not really.

They'd introduced some excellent cricketers like Tamim Iqbal and Shakib-Al-Hasan, so I feel that have a lot in store for the future. BUT I think that Zimbabwe hasn't improved but gotten worse. They didn't have proper replacements for legendary cricketers like Andy Flower, Grant Flower, Heath Streak, and I don't think they'll ever find replacements for them. Maybe Coventry has some potential, but at the same time, I doubt he can play the same way the Flower brothers played against those big teams like India and Australia.
