I want to get free & unlimited calls to Bangladesh because I have loads of family over there. However, How can I call them for free? Do I need special equipment or do I need to sign up to a particular company etc.

you need to use skype
and make it PC – PC
otherwise get a skype number in bangladesh and have them call you on that number so it’s a local call for them and free for you — so if you want to use your cellphone then just forward the skype to your cellphone.
you gotta play around with these things for your specific need

Not sure you’ll get free calls but you can get a plan from a provider like YupeePhone.com that seem to deal with “free calls” to Bangladesh
