in which country? in the u.s, if you are an american citizen or resident you can apply for a fiance visa. if approved you can legally bring someone from another country to marry

In seriousness, I’m confused by what you mean “immigrant girl”. You see, when I hear immigrant, I think of you. But since you’ve clearly stated you’re in Bangladesh and wish to marry an immigrant, I would assume you mean a girl from another country, such as our beautiful queensland.

As a citizen in Europe or the USA, you can apply for a special marriage based green card that would allow somebody in another country to come over and be a legal citizen by that merit alone.

I do not know if it works the same way from somebody else into Bangladesh.
