Are you saying that your Case Officer told you to have your medical? And your PCCs? If so, that indicates that the visa is in the final stages of processing and provided there are no problems with the medical results or the PCCs, your visa should be granted within the next few weeks.

EDIT:
I see now though from your earlier questions that you only applied for your visa on 1 March 2011. No offshore high risk Partner visas are coming through any faster than 7+ months so it’s hard to believe that you could already have a Case Officer and have been sent for medicals. If you weren’t sent for medicals by a CO, you are most unlikely to get a visa much before October.
