How to trade Bangladeshi taka with American dollar?

I wanted to know if i can trade my Bangladeshi Taka with my American dollar? I wanted to bring my Bangladeshi Taka which is 2,735,960.00 which equals about 40,000 dollars, I just wanted to know how can i exchange those from BDT to USD, and instead of bringing it cash to the Americas how can I transfer the money to my bank account or bring it here. Is there any way?
