I have a girlfriend in Bangladesh. She told me recently that she is expecting a baby and she says it can only be mine. I want a paternity DNA test as I am not really willing to look after it if it is not my real child. I go there quite often to spend a few weeks. I hope to get the paternity test done there if possible.

I would google or yahoo search “paternity dna test bangladesh” and see what it brings up. Or do they have a courts system? You might be able to get one from the hospital too.

Paternity test (PT) is available in Bangladesh but in selective places only. You may contact Dhaka Medical College Hospital or IPGMR (Now named as Bangabandhu Medical University).
Btw, we saw a court case where a former high official of the police department was directed to go for the PT when some 11 children were found in his house and his wife was making contradictory statements. The suspicion was for the age differences of the kids which were in tandem without any break or overlapping the gestation period. Police were apprehending that they accused may be involved in child abduction since they applied for the passport for these minor children.

Make sure you do a DNA test; good you are insisting on it. If the test shows you are the dad, then you take on your responsibilities, if not, then you can just ditch the woman. Maybe when you get there you can ask at a private clinic in bangladesh , even if they do not do the test they can guide you and tell ya where to go do it. If not, maybe just get it done in another country. I think you can actually just collect the DNA samples and then take them back with you to a lab in another country and they can test them.

Internet. Have a look online for a paternity DNA test. From my end, I can recommend easyDNA. I did a paternity test with them sometime back. They give really good service and customer support.
