Nigeria is one of the largest producers of oil, yet the country’s petrol stations very often runs dry for days. It is thriving on chaos, abuse of its wealth and the shrewds are happy stashing away. What are the chances that Bangladesh would mirror the Nigerian image….but mind it, ‘real image’ , not virtual
