Qd we talk we talk about reliability refund.From what I understand, some countries such as Greece but also France is living above their means and that by borrowing. If these loans are between between Greek and French only loaned to the neighbor (who does not know) are having to worry about.If you like France depends on 71% of foreign lenders and not just if they so wish to be reimbursed but in addition we do not want to lend our credibility we see collapse.Bangladesh does not have three laptops and two flat screens two cars per household.
