Remember as a Tier 1 (General) migrant you can study, work full time or set up any business in UK without restriction which leads to settlement.
You can apply with a Bachelor Degree (UK Equivalent)
If you have a Graduation or Masters Degree from any University in Bangladesh (including National University) and good earnings in last year, this is the time for you to apply.
You can apply even without higher education if you have high level earnings
If you have no formal qualifications at a high level but very high earnings in last year, you can still apply as you are exempted from education requirement being a successful skilled individual or businessman.
