Post IPO Paid-up Capital: Tk. 1,000 million
Face Value per Share: Tk. 10.00
Offer Price Per Share (Cut Off Price): Tk. 111.60 (including a premium of Tk. 101.60)
Market Lot of M.I. Cement Factory (Share): 100
Use of IPO Proceeds: Estimated fund required for implementation of the expansion plan stands at Tk. 3,350,510,126 and the entire proceeds of the IPO shall be utilized for the proposed expansion.
NAV per share: The NAV per share of the Company was Tk. 37.01 for the year ended on 30 June 2009. The same was Tk. 15.78 as on 31 December 2009.
EPS: The EPS of the Company was Tk. 47.66 and Tk. 93.87 for the years ended on 30 June 2008 and 2009 respectively. The weighted average EPS was Tk. 47.40 as on 31 December 2009 (six months) – as per prospectus.
