THE Bangladesh High Commission here will make it a priority to see that port worker Din Islam gets home safely. Bangladeshi High Commissioner Kamrul Ahsan told The Straits Times on Sunday that the 30-year-old – who survived nine days without food and water while being trapped in an empty container – will be put on a plane back to Chittagong as soon as possible.
