Moderate quake shakes Bangladesh
A moderate tremor measuring 5.7 on the Richter scale was felt in the Bangladeshi capital city Dhaka and many other places of the country on Tuesday evening, a senior official said. Assistant Director of the Bangladesh Meteorological Department Md Shahidul Islam told Xinhua Tuesday, “The quake was felt at 4:01:52 p.m. local time in Dhaka and many other places.”
