Ever Heard the Saying you Have to Have money to make money? Well, ict something like that. Its hard to try to build up your country [as the government] if You do not have money to build schools, get and distribute medicine, or Even to feed starving people. Also, the Individuals in this country are poor aussi, ict so hard for ‘em to Even survive. It’s hard to think about sending your child to college dont even When You Have the money to feed ‘em Every Day. Or, like some Countries That Are hiv / aids stricken, where ‘ten year olds Have To Be Parents to Their Younger siblings Because Parents Already Have died, etc.. Its really sad actually. thats why They Say icts significant for wealthier Countries and Individuals to help them out. Not to do everything for ‘em, aim to Give’ em a head start. Fund education, create jobs, etc..EDIT:Countries differ for the purpose of it because Being hard to develope for Them Is Different. Because the major goal is Poverty, so yeah.
