I need to know how much a newspaper costs in Bangladesh for a school project. Preferably in the Bangladesh currency and from 1998, as I have to make a newspaper front page on the 1998 Bangladesh floods. Thanks I need this ASAP

As far as my memory goes, the cost of daily newspapers in Bangladesh was somewhere at Taka 5 (Five) only per copy, which was approximately 10 cents at that time when the exchange rate was about Taka 50 = 1 US Dollar.
PS. The Bengali language newspapers cost Taka 8 and English language newspapers are Taka 10 per copy at this point of time.

It will cost 7 to 10 Taka for Nataional Newspaper, and some local newspaper will cost 2 taka to 5 taka.
you will have all important bd newspaper list at banglanewspapersite dot com, i just listed them those published from Bangladesh.
