Dear Mr. Sumon,
I have collected 2 ticket in last february from your Arambagh Office. But you have failed to give the service then. But still now you have not refunded my money. You have broken your word several times. Recently you are not receiving my phone.
I think you are trying to avoid refunding my money. Please let me know, if you are agreed to back the money or not.
