Bangladesh is growing team, they lack experience when comes to playing top notch cricket teams. I guess they also lack the technology stuffs which most of the team uses.
There some good talented players there but they are not effective always.
Habibul Bashar, Rajin Saleh, Javed Omar are quite good batsman. Tapas Baisya also has good variation but inconsistence at times. Mohammad Ashraful is a good alrounder.
It may not be ok to comment but I believe some problem with the selection commitee, I dont understand tapas baisya is not getting any chance in the team. Shahadat Hossain may be ok but Syed Rasel is not a person to replace baisya.
Players like animul islam and khaleed mamud retiring may caused a gap in team.

“Bangaldesh Cricket team is the best in the world”
a local news paper had written this. When they had beaten Australia surprisingly. The entire country was on two days holiday.
Let Bangaldesh win two matches against two regular cricket playing nations and there will be seven days’ national holiday.
By all standards, Bangaldesh is not to be discussed during World Cup 2007.
Currently, they are training Talibanis to play cricket with mortars and graneds, which they must stop forthwith. Uncle Tom is watching them.

This fan base named Bangla Brigade was really supportive in the last BD-NZ series:
Here is more about the fan base;
‘Bangla Brigade’ was formed based on the core belief that inspiration, positive thinking and support leads to motivated performance, which results as a success towards reaching ones’ goal. In our everyday life at our every step taken we wish that our work no matter is a success or not, would be appreciated to inspire us towards a definite achievement. So the coordinators when forming ‘Bangla Brigade’ vowed that this fan base will be the unconditional supporter of the Bangladesh Cricket team. Whether a match is in their favor or not, ‘Bangla Brigade’ wants to be their always, beside the Bangladesh Cricket team cheering and supporting them. The motto of ‘Bangla Brigade’ is, “GO GO Bangla Brigade, GO FOR BD Cricket!” And ‘Bangla Brigade’ indeed was their beside Bangladesh Cricket team since the fan base’s debut as they have attended all the matches of the BD-NZ series and wishes to be there to support the BD cricketers in each and every match from now on.
‘Bangla Brigade’ had a great debut as a fan base because since ‘Bangla Brigade’ was there to support, Bangladesh cricket team won matches after matches. And such phenomenon lead many people to wonder that ‘Bangla Brigade’ maybe a lucky charm for the Bangladesh Cricket team (lol, who knows?? ^_^)
Those who are been behind this fan base materializing their dream of creating a fandom of BD Cricket fantics are:
• Saniul Inam Sani (Student of DU, Faculty of Business Studies)-Founder & Chief Coordinator
• Asif Zaman Evan (Student of Institute of Business Administration)- Coordinator
• Mojjammil Sabbir Khandker Tanzil aKa Tj (Student of North South University)- Coordinator
• Ajoy K Sarkar (Student of American International University, Bangladesh)- Coordinator
• Kazi Rabbi Noor Raaz (Student of DU, Faculty of Business Studies)-Coordinator
• Asif Marzuk (Student of Dhaka City college)- Coordinator
