What is needed to get a work permit visa in South Korea from Bangladesh?

I heard that South Korea is taking skilled labour (workers) from Bangladesh. I also heard that people got visa from South Korean government by registering in a website and then by winning the lottery. But I don’t know what is the link of that website. People filled an application in that site. So if someone can please help me….please do it…and if you are able to give me the link to that site (where people fill the application) it will be best…thank you.
