Bangladeshi law does not allow for full adoptions of Bangladeshi children. However, because your husband is a citizen of Bangladesh, you can adopt after obtaining guardianship from a Bangladeshi court. You need to contact an attorney who specializes in international adoption.

I am a Bangladeshi born British Citizen, Can I adopt a 6 year old child and if yeas what do I have to do? please let me know.
