If the bangaladeshis want to be a strong team in 5 year means first they have find a replacement for Habibul Bashar first..He is aging now..find some talents like ashraful,nafeez..

just look at what happened to india or srilanka when they were new to international cricket.
bangladesh is going through the same phase and will slowly make their way to the middle if not the top
