I have answered a similar question a few days ago and I would like to share that with some addition.

Bangladesh ranks 9th among the countries having high population density which is 1,045 people per km².

SL. Country Density (Pop per km²)

1. Monaco = 16,905
2. Singapore = 6,663
3. Gibraltar = 4,672
4. Vatican City = 1,877
5. Bahrain = 1,454
6. Malta = 1,282
7. Bermuda = 1,211
8. Maldives = 1,105
9. Bangladesh = 1,045

Note that figures are simply estimates of population divided by total surface area and do not reflect density in the urban sense or the ability of a territory’s land to support human habitation.

The advantages of living in Bangladesh are as follows:

1. You get fresh food items and ingredients which are procured by City markets directly from the growers (from the fields), breeders (from the poultry firms) or the catch (from the rivers). A negligible proportion of food items are refrigerated or additavited her in Bangladesh.

2. The air quality is good except for the large cities of Dhaka and Chittagong. However, with the enforcement of strict environmental control coupled with the cost of petroleum has forced vehicle owners to convert from gasoline to natural gas as fuel.

3. Since the cost of living is lower than many developing and developed countries, you can have good saving if you earn salary at par with what you earn in the Western countries.

4. People are foreigners-friendly (if that is what the case is) and you would get special attention while in Bangladesh, sometimes to the point of irritation…lol.

5. You can experience greenery, rivers, sea beach, mangrove forest, small hills, tea gardens all within 1,55,000 km² and you would enjoy journeys by various mode of transports that includes Rickshaws (though you would find it inhumane to ride a cart which is driven by another human being!), Boats, Launches, Steamers and Inter City Trains to have a close view of life in the rural areas.

Hope above helps.
