I would think the international red cross, doctors without borders ,or if there is a Bangladeshi association in your area sending money to aide Bangaldesh , give it to them, but make sure it gets to where it needs to go most.
i see people &goverment are more concerned for overseas!not much collection going off when the people off britain where flooded,no other country wanted too give to us!
The USA has hospital ships and military supply ships.
Direct aid of needed materials landed in the desaster area by our ships is always the very best form of immediate aid after a desaster.
The Military Sealift Command puts the essentials of life into the hands of the people who need it without waste and that is the very best way to save lives and decrease suffering.
