The answer is No, Because You Need to get a job first, then you get a Have To work permit. Only then will you be Allowed Entry into Sweden. I am Assuming you are a non-EU citizen.However, if you are a full-time University student, you May Be Allowed to Work while Studying part-time, If You Can find a job at all. If you do not speak Swedish, your basic options are Either cleaning jobs, kitchen jobs (in restaurants) or newspaper delivery jobs.
