Most Citizens of Bangladesh are expressing the opinion with considerable anxiety and pain that soon vital ‘National Identities and Entities’ would loose the ‘Bangladesh Nationalism’, except ‘Bangladesh Flag’.

Let me draw an analogy to answer your question, as follows:

Would it be conceptually possible for Whole of Kashmir to function as ‘Under Administration of India/Pakistan’ ? The answer is big-no. But what we can see that might is right and both India and Pakistan has been occupying the Kashmir under this or that pretext, and we all know how the the Kashmiri people of both the sides of the divide are suffering day-in and day-out.

It may be a wishful thinking and conceptually may be OK for India to forcefully occupy Bangladesh and then claim that their henchmen in Bangladesh voluntarily dissolved the parliament and before doing that the Members of Parliament has signed The Instrument of Accession like the one signed by Maharajah Hari Singh on 26 October 1947.

So in answer to your question, I would say conceptually it is possible for Canada to function as ‘Under Administration of the USA; so does Bangladesh ‘Under Administration of India’.
