It has little to do with the country of origin, more to do with the individual player. You have to be good enough to get the job offer in the first place, and that means being better than the other players looking for contracts.
Perhaps County sides should tour Bangladesh more often out of season in the hope of benefiting both parties.

Yes, they would. But rather than playing individually for different counties, perhaps they could, as a team, play as whole season of county cricket. Not necessarily as part of the championship, but playing 12 to 16 first-class county matches over the course of a season would definitely toughen them up, get them used to match situations and differing conditions, as well as providing some meaningful competition for them.

Yes they could come and play together as lots of other national A sides have done. England have sent A sides overseas. The only question would be, would Bangladesh accept a tour as an A side rather than play a full international side.
If you mean indivdually, then the problem would be which county side would take them? There is only one overseas slot per county now, none would select one when even the weakest and poorest county could get someone better. The only way around it would be if they didn’t count toward that total. Whether that could be done legally or now with the bonuses linked to counties playing youngsters from the academy it wouldn’t seem a joined up policy.
I think if a Bangladesh youth side came with a few more experienced players touring as an A side, would be the most acceptable and reasonable to all concerned.

I think so, this would give them the opportunity to play in a more professional environment and enhance their game. I guess the question is who would take them.
I reckon some of the better players, Mashrafe Mortaza, Saqib al Hasan and Ashraful might get the opportunity and that would do them the world of good. Inshallah they’ll prove to be an asset to any county they play for as well….they have the potential
